Standard Warranty
Signametrics products are warranted against defects in workmanship and material from the date of shipment of the product through the first year. The warranty does not cover defects due to inappropriate use of the product. Shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Extended Warranty
To help customers meet project life-cycle requirements, Signametrics offers extended warranties for an additional charge. An extended warranty extends the standard product warranty for two additional years for many of our products. As part of the extended warranty, Signametrics incorporates any upgrades for your existing product if you return it for repair. Pricing is product specific. Extended warranty is available at time of purchase. Shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Notes
Our Digital Multimeters require a renewed calibration once a year. This service is not part of either of the above warranties. Relays on the Switching products are only warranted for a period of three months.
